Having an extra coach on the grounds, to simply create HYPE, ENERGY, POSITIVITY & create an energetic atmosphere is an invaluable tool. But I am not just a hype man, my services are tailored to both the players and coaches - expect me to be an extension of the coaching staff.
Expect to see me critiquing technical flaws or errors being demonstrated in the techniques of the players - I thrive in the setting of being able to take something performed incorrectly and quickly yet subtly offering suggestions on how to fix the errors.
Coaches can expect me to potentially pull them aside & offer insights as to potential errors or technical flaws with play designs that may have alternative & better outcomes.
Coach is BOOKED for the duration of your practice (2 hour MAX)
The TEAM SERVICE is tailored to help your program take its game to the next level. We will have a deep look at what you’re already doing well & work with that, then dig to find shortcomings or potential areas of “stagnation”. This is where we can diagnose how to correct things and really take the teams ability to perform to another level.
